This
fast pumpkin dessert is rich, smooth and so pleasing!
Mix instant vanilla pudding and pumpkin pie mix and whipping cream
and you've easily made dessert.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Chilling Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients

- package (5 1/10 ounces) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix

can (12 fl. ounces) evaporated low fat
2% milk

can (15 ounces) 100% pure
pumpkin

teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

pint low fat whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks
Directions

In large bowl, add
pudding and evaporated milk. Beat
according to package directions.
Place in refrigerator and chill for 5 minutes.

Add pumpkin and
pumpkin pie spice. You want to mix thoroughly.
Then spoon pudding mixture into dessert dishes.

Place in refrigerator
and chill for 10 minutes or until ready to serve.

Top with low fat
whipping cream.
