Hummingbird Cake

Ingredients
Directions
Preheat oven to
350 degrees F.
sand grease and flour Bundt pan.
1) In a large
mixing
bowl, sift flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
2) Add remaining
ingredients, including the juice in the crushed pineapples.
3) Stir until mixed.
(Hand mix only.)
4) Pour mixture into the
Bundt pan.
5) Bake
for 70 minutes.
6) Remove from oven and cool on cake rack 25-30 minutes.
7) This is so sweet,
you do not need icing.
