• 4 - cups pitted plums, thinly sliced

• 1/3 - cup brown sugar, packed

• 1/2 - cup all-purpose flour

• 1/2 - cup quick oats

• 3/4 - teaspoon cinnamon

• 1/4 - teaspoon salt

• 1 - egg, beaten

• 1/2 - cup melted butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

1. Mix sliced plums and brown sugar in the bottom of an 11x7-inch baking pan.

2. Combine flour, quick oats, cinnamon and salt in a mixing bowl.

3. Add beaten egg and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over sliced fruit. 

4. Pour melted butter over crumbs. 

5. Bake in oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
