Quick Oat Cookies
This is a simple, but elegant cookie

Ingredients

• 2 - cups sugar

• 4 - Tablespoons coca

• 1/2 - cup milk

• 1 - cup butter

• 3 - cups quick oats

• 1/2 - cup peanut butter

Directions

1. On the stove, add sugar, coca, milk and butter in a large sauce pan.

2. Bring ingredients to a boil.  Take sauce pan off stove.

3. Add oats and peanut butter to sauce pan.

4. Stir about 5 times until mixed.

5. Spoon drop mixture on wax paper.

6. Cool and server.
