Vanilla Ice Cream w/ Fruit Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:
  1. In a saucepan, you want to combine the sugar and water.

  2. Turn heat to medium, and bring the sugar-water to a boil.

  3. You want the water to come to a rapid boil and continue to boil 3 - 4 minutes, or until sauce is slightly thickened.

  4. Whisk in lemon juice and butter.   Stir in kiwifruit, strawberries, and pineapple.

  5. You want to remove from the heat.

  6. Cover the bottom of four dessert bowls with fruit sauce.

  7. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

  8. Serve the dish immediately.

Picnicking & Tailgating

Warm fruit sauce in microwave and put into a thermos.  Get dry ice to keep the ice cream frozen.  Or, when passing the nearest store to the picnic area or tailgate gathering, buy the Vanilla ice cream you need.
