Easy Homemade Spicy Mixed Nuts
Makes 16 servings, 1/4 cup each
Prep Time: 10 min.
Baking Time: 20 min.
Ingredients
- 2 - cups Dry Roasted Peanuts
- 1-1/2 - cups Pecan Halves
- 1/4 - cup Dry Roasted Sunflower
Kernels
- 3 - Tablespoons Roasted Garlic
Vinaigrette Dressing
- 2 - teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 - teaspoons crushed red pepper, or
to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F.
- In a medium bowl, add peanuts, pecans
and sunflower kernels. Mix.
- In a small bowl, mix dressing, cumin,
and red pepper.
- Add dressing mixture to peanut mixture
and toss to coat.
- Spread into single layer on
foil-covered baking sheet.
- Bake 20 min. or until lightly toasted,
stirring after 10 min.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
