Baked Fish

Ingredients:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° F.

Sprinkle fish with salt, pepper,
and lemon juice. Dredge fish in flour and lemon juice.

Into your
baking pan, place fish.

Dot with butter.

Bake in oven for 20 minutes.

Uncover, baste with butter and
lemon juice.

Finish baking, about 20 minutes, uncovered, basting
frequently.

When taken from the oven, sprinkle with more lemon
juice, dot with more butter, sprinkle with minced parsley and
paprika, garnish with lemon quarters and whole parsley.
