Philly Ranch Cheese Steak Hoagies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 - cup, plus extra for rolls Ranch, Cheddar & Parmesan Dressing
  • 1 - cup each thinly sliced onions and bell peppers
  • 3 - Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 - pound beef sirloin steak, sliced into 1/4 in. strips
  • 4 - Hoagie sandwich rolls
  • 1/2 - cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Sauté onions and peppers in oil in large skillet for 5 minutes or until soft.
  2. Add steak and cook 5 to 7 minutes longer until meat is thoroughly cooked.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in dressing.
  4. Pile 1/4 of the meat mixture on one side of each sandwich roll; top with cheese.
  5. If desired, spread about 1 teaspoon of dressing on other side of each roll.
  6. Broil sandwiches, open face, until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
  7. Close roll to create a hoagie.
