Grilled New York Sharp Cheddar
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

• 8 – slices sourdough bread

• 4 – Tablespoons butter, melted

• 16 – 1 ounce slices of New York-style Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

Prepare medium heat to grill and lightly oiled.

1. Brush one side of a bread slice lightly with butter.  

2. Place the bread butter side down on plastic wrap and top with 4 ounces of cheese.  

3. Place the second bread slice over the cheese and brush the top lightly with butter.

4. Place on grill grid.  Cover and grill 2 minutes per side.  You want the cheese melted and the bread lightly toasted.
