Skillet Supper

Makes 4 servings

Total Time: 20 min.

Ingredients

  • 2 - cups water
  • 1 - jar (14-ounce) pasta sauce
  • 1 - package (7-ounce) spaghetti, broken in half
  • 11 - ounces (about 20) frozen pre-cooked meatballs
  • 4 - ounces (1 cup) Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 2 - Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. In a 12-inch skillet, combine water and pasta sauce.  Cook over high heat for 3 to 5 minutes, until mixture comes to a boil.  Stir in spaghetti and meatballs.

  2. Reduce heat to low.  Cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until spaghetti is tender.

  3. Remove skillet from heat.  Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.  Cover.  Let stand for 2 to 3 minutes, until cheese is melted.
