Mint Brownies
Makes about 18 brownies
The sweetness from the mint
chocolate candy bars in this recipe is nicely
contrasted with the hint of bitterness provided by
chopped walnuts.
Prep Time: 15 min.
Baking Time: 30 min.
Ingredients

1 package walnut brownie mix
-
1 package (4.67 ounces) mint chocolate candy bars

1/3 cup walnuts, chopped (garnish)
Directions
Heat oven to
350° F.
Grease 13 x 9-inch baking
pan. Prepare and bake brownies according to
package directions for chewy brownies.

You want to put your
candy bars immediately on hot brownies.

Cover pan
with aluminum foil for 3 to 5 minutes or until
chocolate is shiny and soft.

Spread gently to cover
surface of brownies.

Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.

Let the chocolate to set before cutting into bars.
