Macaroni-and-Cheese

Ingredients:

1 - cup uncooked elbow
macaroni
-
1 - cup (4-ounces)
shredded Cheddar cheese
-
1 - medium onion
(chopped)
-
1 - medium-size green
bell pepper (chopped)
-
1 - can (10-3/4-ounce)
cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
-
1 -jar (2-ounce) pimiento
(diced & un-drained)
-
1/2 - cup mayonnaise
-
1/2 - cup milk
-
2 - cups cooked chicken
or turkey (chopped)

1/2 - cup
Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
F. Lightly grease 7x11-inch baking dish.

According to package
directions, cook and drain.

In a large bowl, you
want to stir together pasta, cheese, onion, bell pepper, mushroom
soup, pimiento, mayonnaise, milk, and chicken or turkey.
-
Spoon into baking
dish. Bake for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle breadcrumbs
over dish and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown.
