Sweet Bean Salad
Makes 6-1/2 cups
Prep Time: 10 min.
Cooking Time: 5 min.
Ingredients:

1 - can (19-ounce)
cannellini beans
-
1 - can (15 1/2-ounce)
kidney beans
-
1 - can (14 1/2-ounce
French-cut green beans
-
1/2 - cup sunflower oil
-
1/2 - cup white vinegar
-
1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar
-
4 - teaspoon dried basil
-
1 - teaspoon dry mustard
-
1/2 - teaspoon salt
-
1 - can vegetarian baked
beans (un-drained)

1 - small onion (chopped)
Directions:

Rinse and drain cannellini,
kidney, and green beans. Set aside.

In a large saucepan over low
heat, cook oil, vinegar, sugar, basil, dry mustard, and salt for 5 minutes
or until sugar dissolves.

Stir in drained beans,
vegetarian baked beans, and onion.
(Serve salad warm or
chilled.)
