Strawberry Mousse Frappé
4 to 6 servings
Prep Time: 15 min
Standing Time: 1 hr
Chilling Time: 2 or 3 hrs.
- 1 quart strawberries, decapped, washed,
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 pint heavy cream, whipped
- 1 jigger brandy
- In a bowl, cover the berries with sugar.
- Let stand 1-hour. Drain and reserve
- Mix the berries with heavy cream, add a
little of the juice, and chill or freeze.
- Add brandy to remaining juice and pour
over mousse before serving.
