Lime & Peanut Salad
Dressing

Ingredients:
- 1/2 - cup lime juice
- 4 - garlic cloves (minced)
- 3 - Tablespoons sugar
- 2 - Tablespoons unsalted roasted
peanuts (finely chopped)
- 1 - Tablespoon fresh ginger (minced)
- 1 - Tablespoon fresh cilantro
(chopped)
- 2 - Tablespoon fish sauce
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, stir together lime
juice, garlic, sugar, peanuts, ginger, cilantro, and fish sauce.
- You can serve dressing over mixed
salad greens or assorted fresh vegetables.
