Meat Loaf Sandwich
Makes 6 sandwiches

A meat loaf sandwich, what gets any better.

Ingredients

• 6 - slices Norma's Meat Loaf recipe.

• 12 - slices sourdough bread

• 1/2 - cup salad dressing (or mayonnaise)

• 1 – tomato, sliced

• 6 - lettuce leaves

1. Cut meat loaf into 1/2 - inch slices.

2. Lay out bread slices, put on a slice of meat loaf, salad dressing, tomato slice and lettuce.

Picnicking & Tailgating:

The meat loaf can be fixed a day or two ahead.  This is a great leftover sandwich.

This can be a fun recipe to make at your picnic or tailgate location.  Before leaving home, wrap the meat loaf in aluminum foil and keep in ice chest.  Put into plastic container to keep the water from getting to the meal loaf.  Also, the salad dressing (or mayonnaise), keep in the ice chest, unless you are bring an unopened jar.  You want to keep the unopened jar in the picnic basket.

Also, you will want to slice tomatoes before leaving.  Place in plastic container before leaving.  You need to keep the lettuce in the ice chest, so put in a plastic container.
