Bacon Southwest Ranch
Cheeseburgers
 Makes 4 sandwiches
Ingredients

1 - pound ground beef
-
Salt & pepper to taste
-
4 - slices American Cheese Slices
-
4 - Kaiser rolls, split, toasted
-
8 - slices Bacon, crisply cooked
-
1/4 - cup Ranch Dressing
-
1/4 - cup salsa
Directions
- To the ground beef, add salt and pepper.
-
Shape ground beef into 4 patties.
- Cook patties in skillet on medium heat 7
to 9 minutes on each side or until cooked through (160°f).
- Top each patty with cheese slice and
cover. Continue cooking until cheese begins to melt.
- Fill rolls with
cheeseburgers.
- Then top with bacon, dressing and salsa.
