Portland Baked Salmon
Make 4 servings
Ingredients:
Directions:
Preheat
oven to
350º F.

With a paper towel, wipe the fish dry. The
next step is to season with salt and pepper, and dust with flour.

Oil baking pan and place fish into it. Bake for 10 minutes.

While the fish is cooking, mix the butter,
tomatoes, onion, garlic, and Worcestershire.

Add the mixture to the pan, and cook 30 minutes longer.

Remove the fish carefully to a heated
platter.

Stir the cream into
the sauce, pour into a gravy boat, and serve separately.

Tailgating:
You can cook ahead of time
and heat fish in microwave before leaving.
You want to place fish in a heated thermal container.
You can warm the sauce in microwave, place in a plastic container for
serving later. Add the cream
when you are ready to serve.
