Flying Cloud Chicken Curry

Directions
- In
a frying pan, brown the chicken in butter.
After browned, add the onions and curry powder.
- Reduce heat, stir ingredients and cook over low heat for 15 to 20
minutes. Turn the chicken
during this cooking.
- Add
cayenne and tomatoes. Stir.
Cover and simmer 1 hour.
- Add
milk, and heat through.
Picnicking &
Tailgating:
After chicken is cool, place in an airtight picnic
container and place in your ice chest.
People at the picnic or tailgate party are sure to enjoy.
