Lahaina Grilled Pork Chops

is inspired from our trip to Maui, Hawaii.
Ingredients
Directions

In
a large glass bowl, you want to combine the soy sauce, garlic, oyster sauce,
red pepper flakes, and scallions.

After
you combined those ingredients, you want to add the chops.

Place in refrigerator and marinade for three hours or more.
Preheat
grill to medium temperature.

Take
your chops out of the refrigerator. Remove
from marinade and drain the liquid. Discard
the marinade.

Grill for 10 to
12 minutes. Only turn once. If the chops are thick, you need to increase your grilling
time.
Picnicking &
Tailgating:
You want to place grilled pork chops in a hot thermal
container. When ready to eat,
just take out of container and serve. You
can put chops in a plastic container and when the grill is ready, you can
cook at the picnic site.

Hawaiian Pineapple & Cucumber Salsa to the dish.
