Glazed Chicken Breast

Cooking Time: 10 to 20 min.
Ingredients
- 1/4 - cup olive oil

1/3 - cup honey

1/3 - cup Dijon mustard

1 - Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

6 - cloves garlic, minced

3 - teaspoon black pepper, (or to taste)

1 - pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, rinsed & pat dry

1/2 - cup thinly sliced green onion
Directions
Preheat oven to 500°F. Coat baking pan
with cooking spray and set aside.
- In small bowl, combine olive oil, honey,
mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and pepper.
- Dip chicken into sauce and place in
baking pan.
- Place in oven on top rack and cook 10
minutes, turn pieces, baste with remaining sauce, top with onions.
- Cook for 7 to 9 minutes or until meat is
opaque and no longer pink in the thickest part.
