Milwaukee Beer Soup
Makes 4 servings

Cooking Time: 15 min.
Ingredients:
- 2 - cups beer
- 1 - cup water
- 1 - teaspoon salt
- 1/2 - teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 2 - eggs, separated
- 1 - Tablespoon flour
- 1 - cup milk
- Toast
Directions:
- Into your large saucepan, add beer, water, salt, and
pepper.
- Beat the egg yolks with the flour, milk and stir until
smooth.
- Stir the egg mixture into the hot beer mixture and
bring back to a boil.
- Beat the egg whites, fold into the soup and serve hot
with toast.
