Salads
Black Bean and Salsa Salad

Here is a Southwest specialty: In a large bowl combine corn, black beans, celery, green onion, cilantro, Salsa, and  wine vinegar dressing.

This recipe includes: cream cheese, shredded Cheddar cheese, green chilies, scallions, ripe olives, flour tortillas and salsa.

South Dakota Grilled Steak
This is a favorite recipe in Yankton, South Dakota.  Black or mixed peppercorns, coriander seeds, coffee beans, cilantro, salt, porterhouse steaks, red wine, steak sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and paprika make up the ingredients.
