Country Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 3/4 - cup mayonnaise

1 - teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary (optional)

1/4 - teaspoon salt

1/8 - teaspoon ground black pepper

4 - cups cooked chicken, cut-up (about 1-1/2 pounds)

3/4 - cup halved seedless red grapes

1/2 - cup coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted (optional)

1 - loaf sour dough bread, sliced
-
Arugula or lettuce leaves (optional)
Directions
- In large bowl, add mayonnaise,
rosemary, salt and pepper. Mix.
- Next, add chicken, grapes and
walnuts; toss to coat.
- Chill, if desired.
- To serve, assemble into
sandwiches with Arugula.
