Amish Breakfast Casserole

Makes 4 to 6 servingsPennsylvania Dutch Cooking from AlansKitchen.com

Prep Time: 15 min.
Bake Time: 35 to 40 min.
Cooling Time: 5 min.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, brown the bacon and onion, stirring, until bacon is crisp.  Drain.

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease rectangle baking dish

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together, eggs, hash browns, Cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, and Swiss cheese. Stir in the bacon mixture.

  2. Pour into baking dish and bake, uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes or until eggs are set. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
