Amish Breakfast Pie

Makes 4 to 6 servingsPennsylvania Dutch Cooking from AlansKitchen.com

Prep Time: 15 min.
Bake Time: 25 to 30 min.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium skillet, brown sausage. Drain.

Preheat oven to 375 F. and grease jelly roll pan.

  1. Pat the biscuit dough in the bottom of the pan. Spoon the sausage over the dough and then the spread the potatoes and cheese on top.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over breakfast pie and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
