Apple Fritters

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.

  2. Blend together milk, oil, and egg.  Gradually add to the dry ingredients.  Stir in apples.

  3. Fry in butter or oil, just like making pancakes.  Serve plain or with powdered sugar.
