Makes 3 or 4 servings.
- 1 - cup milk
- 6 - eggs, (separate whites & yolks and beaten)
- 1-1/2 - Tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 - Tablespoon milk
- 1/2 - teaspoon salt
- 1/4 - teaspoon pepper
- 1 - teaspoon parsley, chopped
In a bowl, add the milk and stir in the
egg yolks. Mix the flour with milk and add to the mixture.
white stiffly and add to the mixture. Sprinkle the salt and pepper.
In a buttered baking dish, place the egg mixture and bake for 15
minutes. Fold as you take the omelet from the oven.
over the omelet and serve.
