Scrambled Eggs

Makes 3 or 4 servings. Pennsylvania Dutch Cooking from AlansKitchen.com

Ingredients

  • 3/4 - cup milk
  • 2 - Tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 - teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 - teaspoon pepper
  • 6 - eggs

Directions

  1. In a skillet at low to moderate heat, add milk, butter, salt, and pepper.  Break eggs into a sauce bowl and gently breaking the yolks with a spoon. 

  2. Bring the milk to a boil and reduce heat to low.  Slide in the eggs into the hot milk and keep scraping the eggs as it cooks. 

  3. Stir and simmer until cooked.
