Directions

  1. Melt the lard and butter in a hot frying pan

  2. In a mixing bowl, add ground beef, egg, onion, potatoes and vinegar.  Mix and toss into the pan. 

  3. Stir and turn until fairly well cooked.  Sprinkle sugar over the top, cover, and let simmer. 

  4. Season with salt and pepper.  Serve with parsley.
