French Huguenot Stew
Place lamb in
stockpot set at moderate
heat, cover and cook 1 hour or until lamb is tender.
Place the onions and sweet potatoes
into the stew and cook 20 minutes.
Add the tomatoes and continue to cook
an additional 10 minutes. Now, add the salt and pepper.
