Baked Ham

Directions

Preheat oven to 325° F.

  1. Scrub the ham and rinse well. 
  2. Place in oven and bake
  3. Allow 30 minutes for each pound. 
  4. One hour before it is finished cooking, remove ham, drain and remove skin.
  5. In a mixing bowl, mix the brown sugar, mustard, flour, and vinegar into a paste, spread over the fat side of the ham. 
  6. Score the ham in diamonds, dot with cloves and return to oven. 
  7. Finish the baking and increasing the heat to 400° F for the last 15 minutes.
