Roast Spareribs II
- 8 - slices bacon
- 2 - sections spareribs
- 1/3 - cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 - cup celery, chopped
- 1 - apple, cored and sliced
- 1/4 - cup brown sugar
- 1 - cup bread crumbs
- 2 - Tablespoons parsley, minced
- 1/4 - teaspoon salt
- 1/4 - teaspoon pepper
- 2 - Tablespoons all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In skillet, fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet and
add in the onion and celery.
Sauté until soft and golden brown.
Remove and put the apple slices in the skillet, sprinkle with sugar,
