STUFFED PORK CHOPS

6 - pork chops

1/4 - cup water

Dressing

1 - cup bread crumbs

1/4 - cup onions, chopped

1 - Tablespoon parsley, minced

1/4 - cup milk

1/8 - teaspoon summer savory

1/4 - teaspoon salt
-
1/8 - teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° F.

With a sharp knife, cut pockets in
sides of chops.

In a mixing bowl, mix the bread crumbs, onions,
parsley, milk, summer savory, salt, and pepper.

Fill the pockets and
sew.

In a skillet at moderate heat, add oil and sear chops on both
sides.

Add water, cover and place in oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
