Cup Custard
Makes 8 servings.

4 - eggs
1/2 - cup sugar
4 - cups milk
1 - teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven 350� F. Butter custard cups.

  • Beat eggs until light. 
  • Add sugar, milk, and flavoring. 
  • Stir until sugar is dissolved. 
  • Pour into custard cups. 
  • Place in a pan of boiling water and put the pan in the oven. 
  • Bake until custard is set. 
  • Cool and serve.
