Fruit Pudding
Makes 4 servings.

3/4 - cup sugar
2 - Tablespoon butter
1/3 - cup milk
3/4 - cup flour
1 - teaspoon baking powder
1 - teaspoon vanilla
Fruit (cherries, peaches, or apples)

Preheat oven 375� F. Butter pudding dishes.

  • Cream sugar and butter, add milk. 
  • Mix. 
  • Sift flour and baking powder into bowl with mixture. 
  • Stir in vanilla. 
  • Mix to a dough. 
  • Place fruit in pudding dish and bake 30 minutes.
