Peach Pudding
Makes 6 servings

3 - Tablespoon melted butter
1/2 - cup sugar
1 - beaten egg
1 - cup milk
1-1/2 - teaspoons baking powder
2 - cups flour, sifted
Pinch of salt
2 - cups peaches, sliced

Preheat oven 350� F. Butter loaf pan.

  • Cream butter and sugar, add beaten egg and milk. 
  • Sift in baking powder, flour, and salt and mix well. 
  • Line loaf pan with sliced peaches, pour batter over peaches. 
  • Bake at 350� for about 30 minutes.
