Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sift flour, salt, and sugar, cut in butter and add egg to make pastry. Chill.  Roll out lightly on floured board, rather thick.  Line 2 7-inch pans with pastry, building up around the rim and pinching top thickly, to hold custard.

  2. Beat eggs, add sugar, mix.  Add cream and vanilla. 

  3. Fill pastry shells with mixture.  Sprinkle with cinnamon.
