Directions

  1. In a pan at low heat, melt butter, add onions and celery and simmer for 5 minutes.  Add the egg. 

  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the egg and flour.  Then mix in the mashed potatoes. 

  3. Add the milk and the onion mixture.  Add the salt, pepper, parsley, and the poultry season or the thyme and marjoram.
