Ingredients
Directions
- In
a saucepan at moderate, add the gooseberries and bring to a
boil.
- Constantly stir
the gooseberries.
- Add the sugar
and stir until you dissolve the sugar.
- Reduce heat to
low and simmer for 20 minutes or until syrup threads when
dropped from a spoon.
- Pour into
6-ounce glasses.
