Gertrude's Baked Beans

Baking Time: 6 hrs
Ingredients:
- 3 pounds dried lima beans
- 1 can corn syrup
- 1 quart canned tomatoes
- 1 large yellow onion
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 pounds ham, cut into small pieces
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250° F.
- Soak
the beans overnight and drain.
- In a large bean pot, mix the lima
beans, corn syrup, tomatoes, onion, dry mustard, and ham.
- Place in oven and bake 6
hours.
- There will be enough liquid to
start the baking, however, add hot water from time to time.
