Ingredients:
Directions:
- In a bowl, peel the potatoes, cover with
ice, and let stand a few minutes. Drain.
- Dice the bacon.
- In a skillet at moderate heat, quickly
fry bacon and remove from the fat.
- Place the bacon on paper towels to absorb
the grease.
- Slice the potatoes and fry in
bacon drippings.
- Cover, fry the potatoes, and
turn to prevent burning.
- Sprinkle in the celery seed,
salt, pepper, parsley and paprika.
- Add the bacon, stir and serve.
