Greens with Mustard
Dressing
Ingredients
- Mustard Dressing
- 2 - Tablespoons sugar
- 1 - Tablespoon flour
- 1 - teaspoon dry
mustard
- 1/2 - teaspoon salt
- 2 - eggs
- 3/4 - cup milk
- 1/2 - cup vinegar
- 1/2 - cup water
- 1 - pound salad greens
Directions
- In a saucepan at low heat, mix
the sugar, flour, mustard, and salt.
- Break the eggs into the
mixture and thoroughly blend.
- Add milk and stir
constantly.
- In a separate saucepan, heat
the vinegar and water.
- Pour this into the dressing
mixture when it begin to thicken. Stir constantly.
- Cook until thick and pour over
greens.
