Located on West Virginia Route 270 east of town, South Harrison
Middle School, a West Virginia School of Excellence, is home to
approximately 360 sixth through eighth grade students. South
Harrison High School is home to about 437 high school students. The
school colors are orange and black, and the mascot is the Hawk. The
most popular high school sport in the community is football.
