Welcome to Arcadia Lake!
Beautiful Arcadia Lake, located on the Deep
Fork River, features water-oriented recreation opportunities in an
urban setting. The lake has 1,820 surface acres and 26 miles of
shoreline. Facilities include picnicking, camping, swimming, water
skiing, boating, hiking, disc golf and an equestrian trail. A
heated, covered dock is provided for year-round fishing for
bluegill, channel catfish, blue catfish, and largemouth bass.
Arcadia Lake is a relatively young body of
water. This lake was constructed as a cooperative effort between
the City of Edmond and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and opened
in 1987.
The normal elevation of Arcadia Lake is 1006
feet with a surface area of 1,820 acres. It is surrounded by 26
miles of shoreline. The dam itself is a rolled earth earthfill
embankment nearly a mile long. At maximum capacity, the lake has
an elevation of 1029.5 feet and a surface area of 3,820 acres.
Arcadia Lake serves many functions:
- It supplies water to the City of Edmond.
- It acts as a flood control for the Deep
Fork River Basin.
- It provides recreational and educational
opportunities for the community.
- It provides habitat for fish and
wildlife.

two playgrounds, primitive, regular, and full hook-up camping,
pavilions, hiking trails, and fishing.

This park features a shower, pavilion, and full hook-up camping
Spring Creek Park
Two Miles East of I-35 on 15th Street
This park features a 36-hole disc golf course, enclosed heated
fishing dock, pavilion, fishing, boat ramp, courtesy dock, jet ski
area, swim beach, and group RV area.
