This park contains playground equipment, restrooms, water source, grills, and two pavilions. Water fountains and rest room facilities are available May 1 through October 31. City Park closes at 9 pm.

Reservations must be made in person at Buckhannon City Hall and may not be reserved before the first weekday of April. Rates for Pavilion #1 are to be announced. Rates for Pavilion #2 (seating for 50) are $25 for the entire day and $15 for less then four hours.

Information to reserve this park for small events may be obtained through Buckhannon City Hall. No charge for park use unless electricity is needed ($5). Park closes at 9 pm.

This park opened in July 2003, was a result of property purchased through FEMA projects. Presently under development, it contains playground equipment, restrooms and three pavilions. Reservations must be made in person at Buckhannon City Hall. Rental fees and seating as follows:

• Pavilion #1 $50 all day or $30 less than 4 hours (seats 100)
• Pavilion #2 $35 all day or $20 less than 4 hours (seats 50)
• Pavilion #3 $40 all day or $25 less then 4 hours (seats 100)

New Developments Planned: Grant money has been obtained to construct a walking trail around this scenic park. Work to begin in 2007 and completed in 2008.
