Pineapple Tea

Makes 12 servingsPineapple Tea

Prep Time: 10 min.

Ingredients

  •       3 cans (12 ounces each) unsweetened pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups lemon juice
  •       1 cup sugar
  •     12 cups iced tea

Direction

1) In a large pitcher, mix juice concentrate, lemon juice and sugar until sugar is dissolved.

2) Stir in tea.

3) Cover and store in refrigerator.

Alan's Kitchen Picnicking & Tailgating Tips:

  • Make just before leaving, place in large thermos to keep cold.  Just before serving, stir.  However, it may lose its froth.
