Ingredients
- 1 - cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 4 - chives, finely sliced
- salt, to taste
- freshly ground black pepper, to
taste
- 1 - package (10 ounces) frozen green
peas, thawed
- 2 - cups cooked ham steak, cut into
1-inch cubes
- 3 - scallions, finely diced
- 2 - large stalks celery, finely
diced
- 1 - pound uncooked dry small shell
pasta
Directions
- In large bowl, you want to whisk
together yogurt, chives, salt, and pepper.
- Now, add peas, ham, scallions, and
celery.
- Then cook pasta according to
package directions, drain and add it hot to the bowl with the rest
of the ingredients.
- Finally, toss gently and serve
warm.
