Beef and Bean Taco

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 - pounds
lean ground beef
- 1 - package
Regular Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 - head
lettuce, shredded
- 1 - can
(2.25-ounces) chopped black olives, drained
- 1/2 - can
(15-ounces) kidney beans, drained
- 1 - avocado,
pitted, peeled and chopped
- 1 - package
(14-ounces) tortilla chips
- 1-1/2 - cups
shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 - cup
Thousand Island dressing
Directions
- In a heavy
skillet, crumble beef and brown over medium
heat until no more pink is showing;
drain.
- Add taco
seasoning mix and stir to coat. Set aside to
cool.
- In a large
bowl, combine lettuce, olives, kidney beans,
avocado, tortilla chips, cheese and the meat.
- Toss with
dressing and serve.
