1 - cup frozen
whole kernel corn, thawed, drained

1 - can
(15-ounce) black beans, rinsed, drained

1 - can
(4-ounce) chopped mild green chilies,
drained

2 - tomatoes,
cubed 1/2-inch

Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

4 - cups torn
iceberg lettuce

1/2 - pound
(1-inch thick slice) Deli Jalapeņo Cheese
or Monterey Jack Cheese, cubed

Directions

In a large bowl,
stir together honey, lime juice, salt, and
ground cumin.

Add all corn,
black beans, chilies, tomatoes, and cilantro.
Stir until well coated.

Cover and
refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.

Just before
serving, add lettuce and cheese to bean
mixture. Toss lightly.
